Another Russian general killed amid invasion, Russian official says

The governor of St. Petersburg verified that one more Russian basic has been killed amid the invasion of Ukraine, honoring him in a ceremony on Saturday, Russian media described.
The deputy commander of the 8th Army, Maj. Gen. Vladimir Petrovich Frolov, died when preventing versus Ukraine, a Russian information outlets described, citing St. Petersburg’s administration’s push service.
“Today we say goodbye to a genuine hero. Vladimir Petrovich Frolov died a heroic dying in battle with Ukrainian nationalists,” Gov. Alexander Beglov said, Russian state news agency Tass noted, citing the press assistance.
“He sacrificed his lifestyle so that young children, women and the elderly in the Donbas would no more time hear bomb explosions. To quit ready for death and leaving dwelling, to say goodbye as if it were the previous time.”
