The property, which has four bedrooms and two bathrooms and is listed for $1.587 million, sits on top of Carnglaze Caverns, a popular tourist attraction that draws between 20,000 and 25,000 visitors per year.

The caverns are composed of mystical caves with azure pools 196 feet underground and can be used as wedding AND concert venues that hold up to 400 guests. The enchanting place was converted from a former slate mine that makes up Cornwall’s history, the official website says.

“Carnglaze is part of Cornwall’s internationally important industrial heritage where you can find out about the miners’ ingenuity and skills, and how slate roofed the Industrial Revolution,” the Carnglaze Caverns website says. “You will go on a self-guided underground tour (may be guided in high seasons) to learn how the mine was worked, ending at the Underground Lake with its crystal-clear blue/green water.”

The business grounds include a gift shop, ticket office, parking lot that holds up to 60 cars with an overflow car park that can hold an additional 120 cars, and customer toilets.
