Norman Reedus and Diane Kruger List Castle-Like Los Angeles Home for $9.25 Million

There’s currently a house on the market that’s fit for a king and a queen. According to Dirt, Norman Reedus and Diane Kruger are looking to sell their unique castle-like Los Angeles home for $9.25 after living in it for less than two years.

Built in the mid-1920s, the 7,732-square-foot mansion sits on a cliff offering panoramic views of the city’s famed Sunset Strip and neighboring Laurel Canyon. Despite the ancient-looking exterior, the sun-drenched chateau-style abode is quite contemporary inside, with a state-of-the-art kitchen complete with marble countertops and stainless steel appliances and a bilevel combination living and dining room with massive glass windows and doors.

The four-bedroom and seven-bathroom estate also boasts a kitchenette, a lounging room, a screening room, a music studio, a game room, and a gym. The luxurious main suite, located on the upper level alongside the guest bedrooms, has a fireplace, a modern bathroom, a walk-in closet, and access to a private terrace.

In the expansive backyard, there’s a grass-edged oval saltwater swimming pool, terraced gardens with century-old trees, a half basketball court, an alfresco dining space, and an outdoor cooking area complete with a pizza oven and barbecue.

The Walking Dead star and the Inglourious Basterds actor, who have been dating since 2016 and are parents to a three-year-old daughter (whose name they have never publicly revealed), also share an $11.8 million townhouse in New York City’s West Village neighborhood, which they purchased in 2018. Reedus, for his part, owns two other homes in New York state and a contemporary house in Atlanta.
