BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A West Seneca police officer is accused of thieving around $10,000 in merchandise from dwelling improvement stores.
The Erie County District Attorney’s Place of work introduced 33-yr-outdated Ryan J. Miller of West Seneca was arraigned Tuesday in West Seneca City Court on 1 rely of grand larceny in the third diploma and a single rely of felony possession of stolen home in the third diploma.
Involving Oct 1, 2021 and April 8, 2022 Miller allegedly stole merchandise from property improvement stores throughout Western New York. The district attorney’s place of work stated when Miller was in possession of the products he would allegedly cancel the buy or depart without having paying for them.
Miller, a patrol officer with the West Seneca Law enforcement Division, was off-duty at the time of the alleged incidents.
